Positive
thinking has evolved into one of those jargonistic catch phrases
that signifies blind optimism. A hopeful state that has come
to take the place of concrete, constructive action. If you
read the definition of positive, you will find such words
as absolute, settled, confident, and assured. Neither vague
nor ambiguous, they convey a sense of certainty. So much in
fact that they reflect the unqualified belief that something
“is considered as having a real existence.” It stands to reason
then that positive is much more than a state of mind, to be
positive is to take what we believe is possible, and make
it reality.
And
that is the driving force behind the Positive Strokes Workshops.
That a positive state is a living breathing part of who we
are, action oriented, productive, always moving forward toward
our goals and dreams. It is not a lifeless thought process
that we use as an antidote for our unproductive ways. It is
however, the essence of what turns our dreams into reality.
Clearly then, it isn’t enough to think positive we must LIVE
positive.
